Rainbow addresses the specific needs of end consumers, from small businesses (SMB) to trans-national corporations, which require a unified communications standard within the scope of their complex information technologies, geographic regions, and integration into their business environment.
The Rainbow UCaaS services are accessible from any type of device: desktop (PC / MAC or Web) or smartphone (iOS and Android). Rainbow can be integrated with the Alcatel Lucent Enterprise OXO Connect and OmniPCX Enterprise products as well as with third party IP centres from various suppliers (Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, ...).
