Who we are and what we do
We are an IT company which helps other companies to make their communication with customers more efficient, whether it be phone calls, emails, chats, SMS messages, or social media – by implementing contact centre solutions. The major part of our work consists of integrating contact centres with CRM and databases in order to make the contact centre agent’s job easier and automate processes to the highest possible extent.
We strive to make our work beneficial for the customers, with every project to learn something new, and to move ourselves as well as the whole company forward.
The technologies we work with are Genesys as well as associated databases Oracle, MSSQL, or postgreSQL, and operating systems Linux or Microsoft. The applications run mostly on java application servers or the .NET platform, where our developers also develop them.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to strengthen our team with technically proficient IT experts, as well as with IT juniors.
We look for general knowledge in different areas as our job is often very diverse and we frequently come across new technologies. We expect our future colleagues to be able to face the challenges and find their feet in the new areas calm and composed, we expect them to catch up on the missing knowledge of the subject, seek advice from colleagues, or to pay special attention to the actual technology and become familiar with it.
Part of our DNA are collaboration and good communication between each other as well as with our customers. In the team, we share know-how and we look forward to learning something new from our new colleagues too.
How to prepare for the interview?
During the interview, we will be keen to know what you like about IT, what projects you have worked on (any comprehensive piece of work with a result is a project), and what you have learnt doing that as well as in what areas you want to improve. The aim of the interview is not to test your professional ability, but to check on the general principles of understanding, attitude, and thinking. We do not know everything either, and more than in answers we are interested in the discussion itself. You can reckon with more of us being there to ask you questions. Maybe we will be colleagues one day and there is no better time to start getting to know each other than during our first meeting.

Senior Java Developer
